Under Lehigh University’s Protection of Minors Policy, adopted by the Board of Trustees on June 5, 2015, all Programs involving Minors must be registered by the Program Director or his/her designee on an annual basis at least sixty (60) days prior to the start of the Program or, if such advance registration is not possible, as soon as information is available.
Program Directors should use this online form to register programs for which they are responsible. Please complete one registration form for each Program. If you have any questions about this form, please contact the Office of the General Counsel at 610-758-3572 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
